MELANOX FORTE 4% CREAM

Melanox forte 4% cream is a topical preparation in the form of a cream containing 4% Hydroquinone USP on a vanishing cream base containing AHA (Glycolic acid). Hydroquinone inhibits the enzymatic oxidation of 3- (3,4-dihydroxy phenyl) alanine (dopa) and suppresses the metabolic processes of melanocytes.

Therefore this drug is intended for the treatment of hyperpigmentation in the form of black spots, black spots due to melanin which can arise due to age development, due to conditions after inflammation, or due to the use of anti-pregnancy pills. Hyperpigmentation usually develops due to sunlight.
